AMACO Gloss Glazes In this popular glaze series there are bright opaque and transparent colors. These glazes flow during firing to correct most application defects. They fire to a high gloss. The following tips will help you attain the best results for LG-53, LG-56 and LG-66: 1) Apply heavily, 2) Leave extra space between pieces. 3) Fire quickly, 3 - 4 hours, with peepholes open. 4) fire no higher than cone 06. All other glazes fire to cone 05. All other glazes may be applied on bisque or greenware pieces.
