Electronic speed controls, permanent magnet DC motors and all steel construction are used in BRENT'S variable speed potter's wheels. By varying the speed of the motor electronically, mechanical speed changing systems are eliminated and the foot pedal can be moved about to suit the individual. The reliable control circuit uses high quality components and can withstand a 15 amp load for Model CXC and C, With Models A and B capable of withstanding a 10 amp load. The foot pedal is very smooth with speed range from 0 to 240 rpm and exceptional power. The CXC, C and B wheels now come with a reversing switch and a 5 year warranty.
