 | Gum Solution - Pint Old thick glazes can be brought back to their original creamy consistency by first thinning with water and then adding a tablespoon of gum solution, or as much as required, to obtain good brushing results without drag.
Can also be used to slow down the rate of drying of a glaze. This prevents cracks in the glaze which can later cause the glaze to crawl off (especially in older glazes).
