When firing glazes, toxic fumes are frequently released as well as unpleasant odors from decals, luster’s and gold. Vent -A- Kiln controls those fumes preventing contamination of the air in the kiln area. Hot stifling air is swiftly drawn outdoors, dramatically increasing work room comfort. System includes fan motor (115V) with on/off switch, plug, hood, convenient overhead counterweight pulley with counterweight, 10' of 5” dia. hose, and all clamps and external mounting for discharge. When completely installed, lower hood to approx. 2" above the kiln lid and turn switch to low or high. All systems have a 3 year warranty.
